Honeycomb with Bees

In honor of National Honeybee Day we created these this fun project with a fused glass honeycomb and two bees. In this class you’ll learn the basics of cutting glass, using the grinders and glass paints. You’ll also be able to add dichroic glass for wings to gain a little sparkle. If a honeybee isn’t your thing you can create your own hanging panel so bring your ideas. Size is approximately 4″ x 5″.
All tools and materials provided. Feel free to bring your own tools and safety glasses if you prefer. Projects available up to two weeks after class or shipping is available. Closed toe shoes and long hair secured up are required.

Garden Stake
Brighten up your garden space or landscape with this colorful fused glass garden stake. The glass measures 12″ round and the stakes are about 4′ high and sold separately. In the class you’ll learn basic glass cutting techniques and glass placement. Bring your ideas and a friend! Pintrest is a great place to get inspiration and ideas. We’ll help you put it all together.

Design four 4″ x 4″ square or round coasters in this two+ hour class. Match your kitchen or your couch or whatever, the choice is yours. Basic glass working techniques will be taught. Four Garden Stakes
These cute little glass stakes are perfect for any garden and back by popular demand! In this class you will cut the stakes, create your vegetables, mushrooms, flowers or whatever your garden inspiration is. Some students have done farm animals and even superheroes! All tools and materials provided for a set of four garden stakes. Feel free to bring your own tools and safety glasses if you prefer. Glass Pendants
This is a basic class where you’ll learn to design two pendants. All tools and materials provided. Feel free to bring your own tools and safety glasses if you prefer. You’ll be able to make them as sparkly or as simple as you would like, however, some dichroic glass may need to be purchased based on size desired. Projects size is up to 2″ x 2″ and will be available up to two weeks after class or shipping is available. Closed toe shoes and long hair secured up are required.

Stained Glass Hanging Heart
You will learn the basic foil and solder technique to create a lovely heart panel to hang during this two week class. All tools and materials provided but feel free to bring your own tools and safety glasses if you prefer. Closed toe shoes and long hair secured up are required.

Wine/Liquor Bottle Candle
This is not your usual stained glass class! Bring in your favorite wine or spirits bottle (or we can supply one) and learn how to turn it into your new favorite candle! You’ll cut the bottle, learn the foil and solder technique and shine it all up! You do not need to purchase any additional items but feel free to bring your own safety glasses if you prefer.
This is a one day class. Closed toe shoes and long hair secured up are required.
