Honeycomb with Bees

In honor of National Honeybee Day we created these this fun project with a fused glass honeycomb and two bees. In this class you’ll learn the basics of cutting glass, using the grinders and glass paints. You’ll also be able to add dichroic glass for wings to gain a little sparkle. If a honeybee isn’t your thing you can create your own hanging panel so bring your ideas. Size is approximately 4″ x 5″.
All tools and materials provided. Feel free to bring your own tools and safety glasses if you prefer. Projects available up to two weeks after class or shipping is available. Closed toe shoes and long hair secured up are required.

Wine/Liquor Bottle Candle
This is not your usual stained glass class! Bring in your favorite wine or spirits bottle (or we can supply one) and learn how to turn it into your new favorite candle! You’ll cut the bottle, learn the foil and solder technique and shine it all up! You do not need to purchase any additional items but feel free to bring your own safety glasses if you prefer.

Stenciled Glass Bowl
This is a great class that you decide how advanced you’d like to go. For beginners you’ll learn the glass class basics and will design a bowl using basic techniques and stencils. Your friends will be so impressed when you pull out these snack, sushi or appetizer plates! Even more impressed when you tell them you made them. This is a great beginner to intermediate class. You design what the plates look like. Make them all the same or all different, whatever you’re inspired to do. Pintrest is a great source for inspiration and we can help bring your ideas to life.
